I have practiced yoga on and off over the course of my life. I finally returned to it while seeking better health in the last year. I found a better connection with my mind and body through my yoga practice. I learned how to regulate my body, heal from injuries, and create a balance between work and play. Yoga teaches me how to support myself both mentally and physically. It has helped me build a healthier lifestyle and a better relationship with my body, my community, and myself.
