I discovered yoga in 2016 during a time in my life when I was searching for peace, and it instantly became my passion. My mat is my sanctuary—a sacred space where I can be my true self, free from stress and anxiety.
To me, yoga is more than just movement; it’s a practice of letting go, finding strength, and connecting with the present moment. It’s about losing yourself in the movement, the breath, laughter, and even tears—a journey where mind, body, and spirit come together. Falling out of poses becomes a playful reminder that imperfection is okay, and it’s never a sign of weakness.
Yoga has taught me to release the need for perfection and to open my heart to growth, change, and possibility. I’m a 200-hour RYT certified by Yoga Alliance and I’m grateful to share this transformative practice with others.
