We are a team and community who empower each other to live our best life. Yes, we do hot power yoga so your muscles will open and relax, and you will get sweaty, but you will love it! Yoga is for everyBODY.

Roll out your mat, take that first step, fall out (laugh) and fall in love with endless possibility. Your mat will become a space to breakdown and breakthrough. You will walk to your edge, dare to discover what is truly possible and YOU WILL SUCCEED!

 

Our program is built on five pillars:

  • Intention and willingness to sit still to hear what your heart & soul say to create possibility.

  • Pranayama and conscious breathing to find energy and relieve stress, anxiety and tension.

  • For your body! You don’t need to be flexible, to look a certain way or even to know what to do. Be willing.

  • History, technique, alignment, foundation as we break down the form of most common poses and transitions then teach variation, modification and how-to ‘prop-up’ your practice with endless tools.

  • Let go of the idea that you “can’t….” All TYS classes are accessible and at the end of this series, we commit that you will know that and let go of self-limiting beliefs.
