Yoga has done so much for me. It’s allowed me to blossom into the truest version of myself, and for that I will forever be grateful to this practice. I count November 16th, 2023 as the day I truly began practicing. and immediately I was hooked. Being on my mat was the first time I truly did something for ME. The connection I felt in my body and my mind was unlike any other before, and soon I started feeling the mental/emotional/spiritual benefits in addition to the physical ones. Yoga has helped me quiet the noise in my mind when things felt too loud. It’s helped me self-regulate my emotions by really tapping into *what* I’m feeling, and then working on figuring out why I’m feeling that. It’s helped me tap into a true connection with nature around me. Yoga has helped me open up, learn to be vulnerable, and let people see the real me. Corina’s teachers include Annie Q. Simard, Liz Salvador, Iman Afnan, Damian Byrd, and Lisa Kern.
